The purpose of the Women's Ministry is to share the Word of God with all women and aid in getting women to understand and apply the Word of God to their lives so that they may walk in the light and purpose in which God intended. This ministry seeks to teach and strengthen women in the Word of God by organizing fellowship with the women so that we can share experiences and learn from each other's walks in life.
As servants of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ it is our responsibility to be cordial to the guests, family members, friends and strangers that enter the doors our sanctuary. In order for this to be accomplished we must always be eager to show hospitality that says welcome, we love you and we are glad to have you here with us today. Hebrew 3:2 suggests that we, like Abraham, might actually entertain angels unaware. INTERCESSORS / PRAYER WARRIORS These individuals are members of the body who lay before the Lord for extended periods of time on a regular basis on behalf of the church, the community, and the nation. The intercessors are warriors who stand behind the visionary and petition and intercede on behalf of the church and its mission. We pray for salvation for the lost, the sick to be healed, and deliverance for those who are bound. YOUTH DEPARTMENT This ministry caters to youth; ages up to 19; with creative lessons that help facilitate their study of the Bible. In addition, on selected Wednesday Nights, as an alternatives to traditional forms of worship the children participates in making arts & crafts projects and Praise Dance / Step; non- verbal and visual forms of worship . BUILDING FUND COMMITTEE The purpose of this ministry is to develop and promote effective stewardship initiatives to facilitate financial support of the church and all other ministry development objectives. PASTOR'S AIDES The goal of this committee is to provide support and assistance to the Pastor. USHER BOARD The duties of an usher are to serve the church and God to the fullness of their capacity in whatever manner is necessary, to serve with love and kindness, always with a smile, and compassion for others. PRAISE DANCE MINISTRY The purpose of this ministry is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through dance. Dance is the non-verbal and visual manifestation of what God is saying in the spirit. MEN'S MINISTRY The purpose of the Men's Ministry is to share the Word of God with all men and aid in getting men to understand and apply the Word of God to their lives so that they may walk in the light and purpose in which God intended. This ministry seeks to teach and strengthen men in the Word of God by organizing fellowship with the men so that we can share experiences and learn from each other's walks in life. MUSIC MINISTRY The purpose of this ministry is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through song. It consists of Ecclesia Inspirational Choir, Youth Choir, the Sunshine Band, the Praise and Worship team. PHOTOGRAPHY MINISTRY The goal of this ministry is to provide meaningful, inspirational and detailed memories of all the events of the church. This ministry is responsible for taking still photos, filing of all pictures and monthly displays of current events. There is no age requirement for this ministry but all participants must be able to operate all photography equipment. AUDIO PRODUCTION MINISTRY The purpose of this ministry is to provide the technical components of all in house services, plays, concerts, and special events. This ministry is comprised of sound, lighting, and stage setup, as well as keeping all events running on a timely basis. SECURITY This ministry was designed to ensure a safe and secure environment in and around the house of God. All members are responsible for securing church services as well as special events. VIDEO / TAPE MINISTRY The purpose of the Video / Tape Ministry is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ through the medium of video and cassette tapes to the lost, homebound and believer. "To the lost" means to send the Word of God as an outreach effort to those that have not accepted Jesus as their personal Savior. "To the homebound" means to provide a means of contact to those physically unable to attend church services due to temporary sickness, long-term illness or other ailment. "To the believer" means to facilitate personal growth in God and knowledge of the scriptures. TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY The purpose of this ministry is to provide transportation for the local to and from our services and events.
